Amy Rovere ’91 has published a children’s book with the American Cancer Society. And Still They Bloom: A Family’s Journey of Loss and Healing (Independent Publishers Group, June 2012) chronicles the story of Emily and Ben and they ways they cope with the loss of their mother to cancer. According to the book description, “the children embark on a journey of of healing and acceptance as they come to realize they can keep their mother’s memory alive—that her love will stay with them always.” Find it here.
