Look who made the Mathematics Association of America’s Facebook page!
Junior Danny Hong just sent in this article:
Dear Mr. Seamon,
I sometimes go online and look up things like this week’s new technological discoveries and advances, interdisciplinary researches on futurism, or I simply go on TED or MIT Open Course and when I first saw this research by Stanford during the break, I couldn’t wait to share it to you!
The article, “DYNAMICAL BIAS IN THE COIN TOSS” can be read online right here.
Thanks for sharing Danny!
Math Team member Shirley Zhou just wrote in to share an article:
“I saw this article online and found it an interesting one. It talks about the six fascinating appearances of the Fibonacci numbers in nature. I think it will be an awesome post for our math team blog!”
