Participate in buyback and get 20% off your purchase in the Campus Store! Just bring your buyback receipt or the books that Follett would not accept up to the Campus Store.

This year Follett is also offering a second-chance buyback.

Just so you know, Follett will not buyback books with the following conditions:

• Cover that is peeling or has frayed corners in excess of acceptable standards
• Deep cuts or gouges on the cover
• Cover has grease or sticky residue, or excessive dirt or dust that cannot easily be brushed off.
• Damaged spine
• Book block is separated from the spine
• Excessive writing on cover
• Excessive discoloring and fading
• Any missing pages.
• Excessive use of Avery labels to cover markings
• Highlighting not marked neatly, marked in multiple colors, or marked in dark colors
• Excessive notes written on pages, or excessive underlining preventing easy reading
• Any amount of water damage, including soiled, warped pages, or mildew odor
• Profanities and gang insignias
• Black markings on the edge of the pages
• Textbook sets that are coupled with Access Codes
• Titles listed as ‘W/CD’ but CD is not presented at the buyback
• Workbooks / Consumables
