As Director of Athletics Mark Conroy succinctly put it, \u00a0&#8220;Amazing.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On January 19,<a href=\"http:\/\/federalhockey.com\/view\/thefederalhockeyleague\/news-739\/news_381000\"> Danbury Titans forward Phil Bronner<\/a>\u00a0&#8217;08 was selected as the Sons of Hockey Star of the Week by the\u00a0Federal Hockey League. Mr.\u00a0Bronner, who is in hishis third professional season, tallied three goals and six assists in four games to help the Danbury Titans to four wins over that weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0In his first year at Trinity College, Max Chipouras \u201915 was named\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/athletics.trincoll.edu\/sports\/fball\/2015-16\/releases\/Football_311516\">New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Rookie of the Year<\/a>. \u00a0As Trinity&#8217;s starting running back, Mr. Chipouras had\u00a0649 rushing yards on 138 carries for an average of 4.7 yards per carry. \u00a0He led the league in touchdowns with 12 and added 12 catches out of the backfield for 54 yards. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/athletics\/2016\/01\/22\/max-chipouras-15-earns-all-american-award\/\">Read more about Mr. Chipouras.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gabby Thomas \u201815 set a new Harvard and Ivy League record in the 200 recently\u2014one of the top five 200-meter times in the country thus far and the fastest 200 by a freshman.
