Everyone loved the new basketball pint glasses.\u00a0 <strong>Mike Jackson<\/strong> (trustee) and <strong>Jim Brennan<\/strong> (trustee) showed up after the game.\u00a0 Jim knows <strong>David Monroe \u201983<\/strong> through basketball.\u00a0 David continues to play competitive basketball in the Springfield area and has a couple of nephews who are pretty good.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The other parents to attend were the <strong>Sulda\u2019s (Erik and Kim)<\/strong>.\u00a0 What nice people!\u00a0 They hung out the whole time and seemed to have fun.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/alumni\/files\/2014\/01\/DSCN6087.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-948 alignleft\" alt=\"2014_01_Pilgrim, Jeff_Ball in the Hall\" src=\"http:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/alumni\/files\/2014\/01\/DSCN6087-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/alumni\/files\/2014\/01\/DSCN6087-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/alumni\/files\/2014\/01\/DSCN6087-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/alumni\/files\/2014\/01\/DSCN6087-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/willistonblogs.com\/alumni\/files\/2014\/01\/DSCN6087.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Warren Barnett \u201903<\/strong> and <strong>Jon McGowan \u201903<\/strong> drove to the game together.\u00a0 Jon drove up from Rhode Island where he&#8217;s a wine distributor.\u00a0 We all started talking about the Sonoma Valley Alumni event and Jon suggested a few other vineyards for us to visit.\u00a0 He travels out to California a couple times a year to visit with wine reps.\u00a0 Both he and Warren were back last June for their Reunion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ashley Picknelly Vassallo \u201903<\/strong> happened to be at Max\u2019s with a friend and stopped by to say hello.\u00a0 Ashley is starting her own photography business while working with MGM on bringing the casino to Springfield. <strong>Marlin Howard \u201963<\/strong> was also in attendance.\u00a0 Marlin owns a tax firm and said, \u201cThis will be my last chance to get out and have fun before tax season arrives so a little snow wasn\u2019t going to stop me!\u00a0 Besides, this was an easier drive than the West Hartford event&#8221; (which he attended as well).<\/p>\n<p>Marlin spent a lot of time talking with Jim Brennan, Mike Jackson and <strong>Courtney Miniter \u201903<\/strong>.\u00a0 Courtney graduated from college with a degree in architecture. She has since gone back to school to get a degree in exercise physiology and is working at Choate.
