Playing the catcher position this year her defensive play has been outstanding and a large factor in the team\u2019s success. She also leads the team in batting average (.600) and runs scored.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watt Iamsuri \u201812<\/strong><br \/>\nIn matches against Millbrook and Gunnery, Watt hung tough to win both of his singles matches in third set tiebreakers. Over the course of these two matches, Watt played five tiebreakers and came away with 3 wins. During every match and practice, Watt displays impeccable sportsmanship and is always positive as he helps lead his team by example.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jenny Hall \u201812<\/strong><br \/>\nIn JV Softball\u2019s opening game against Berkshire, Jenny was outstanding on the mound pitching a complete game and recording 8 strikeouts along the way. In addition, she went 5 for 5 from the plate, including a double and a grand slam home run.
