Sam showed a great deal of determination for the girls\u2019 cross country team last week.\u00a0 Sam came in first for Williston and second overall in both races.\u00a0 She is only 15 seconds off the home course Honor Roll, after running the course once.<\/p>\n

Johnny helped lead the varsity football team to a season opening win over Westminster in exciting fashion on Saturday.\u00a0 Johnny exhibited excellent leadership, poise and competitiveness in a tight game. John completed 14-26 of his passes for a total of 232 yards and 4 touchdowns with no interceptions.<\/p>\n

\"mercier\"<\/a>Gabby Mercier \u201817<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gabby has been an outstanding player during the opening week of the season for girls JV soccer team.\u00a0 Though\u00a0 Gabby is usually a midfielder, she did not hesitate to jump into the goal when there was a need to fill that position.\u00a0 She made several key in the team\u2019s 2-1 win over Kingswood on Saturday.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

After spending a couple of days playing soccer, Rob moved to cross country last week with great success. On Wednesday Rob finished second overall and first for Williston in the team\u2019s meet against Roxbury Latin and Worcester Academy. Rob followed this up on Saturday with a third place overall and first for the Wildcats in the team\u2019s meet against Northfield Mt. Hermon and Suffield Academy.<\/p>\n
