In a rivalry match-up against Suffield Academy on Saturday, Mar helped guide the Williston girls\u2019 basketball team to a 42-38 win. Scoring a career-high 14 points, Mar also pulled down 11 rebounds to record her first double-double as a Wildcat. Mar\u2019s efforts have helped the team jump out to a 3-0 record early in the season.

With raw determination and mental toughness, David Fay of the boys\u2019 varsity squash team fought out of a two game hole to take the win over his St. Mark\u2019s opponent in 5 games. Under an intense amount of pressure, David\u2019s win sealed Williston\u2019s victory in a close 4-3 match.<\/p>\n

Rosie Lacas \u201814<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rosie Lacas has been an extremely hard worker in goal for the JV girls\u2019 hockey squad. She began the year by posting a shutout against the NMH Hoggers, and then followed up that performance with an outstanding effort in a 1-1 tie against Deerfield giving the squad their best result against Deerfield in years.
