Williston Head Coach Derek Cunha says that the mindset the Wildcats need to have is \u201cthat we\u2019re starting from scratch, that it\u2019s a new season, a new beginning, and that we get back to one game at a time, we don\u2019t care about anything that\u2019s happened in the past. All about the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
Since the holiday break, Williston has gone 3-3 with two one-goal losses. The\u00a0Albany Cadets have won two games, lost three, and tied one. The Cadets, like Williston, have a large group of juniors on the team. Of the 28 players listed on Millbrook\u2019s roster, twelve of them will be graduating in 2015. Junior forward Shawn Knowlton leads the team with thirteen goals and 25 assists.<\/p>\n
Most recently, the Cadets were defeated by Gunnery 7-0. On January 18th<\/sup>, against Gunnery,\u00a0the Wildcats gave up three goals in the third period and were defeated 6-2.<\/p>\n Pond Hockey<\/strong><\/p>\n On Thursday, the 23rd<\/sup>, the team took a break from its regular routine and skated on Williston\u2019s pond.
