Williston student Charley Nash wrote this paper in 1877.<\/p>\n

That’s right, 138 years ago, one year after Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone.\u00a0 And the paper is still here, in the Archives, along with much other student work.<\/p>\n

It is essential that we continue this tradition.\u00a0 So . . . what academic work are you proud of?\u00a0 Shouldn’t it be in the Archives?<\/p>\n

We’d like representative examples of good student work in every subject and at every level, whether you’re a senior or in the 7th grade.\u00a0 We do a lot of things at Williston, but the academic program is the most important part of it, and it is vital that we document what we do.<\/p>\n

You can submit your work on paper or via email.\u00a0 But please do .\u00a0 As I might have said once or twice or a hundred times, it’s your history.<\/p>\n

(And who was Charley Nash after he left Williston?\u00a0 I have no idea.\u00a0 That’s not the point!)<\/p>\n
