Collaboration across the Grades

Collaboration

The toddler class, taught by Amalia Zagorski and Melissa Bishop in the Children’s Center, planted marigold seeds at the end of March and they have been caring for their little plants and watching them grow for about 8 weeks.

On Tueseday, May 29, the toddlers planted their beautiful seedlings in the Communtiy Garden with the help of students from the seventh grade. Great job, everyone!

Marigolds make a wonderful garden border as their distinctive fragrance helps to keep a wide variety of pests away from the food crops.
