Hello everyone.
Due to last minute schedule changes, the resource center schedule has been altered a bit. One of the E period sessions has been removed but another C period and D period session have been added. The revised schedule is below.
Happy Tutoring!
Ms. Anderson
I’d like to remind everyone that we will meet in the Chapel tomorrow for an Upper School Assembly at 8:30 am. We will be seated by Advisories. This is according to the Community Meeting Schedule that was published earlier this year. On Friday, we will meet in an All-School Assembly in the gymnasium at 8:30 am with our guest speaker, Luma Mufleh. Please note: This is a rescheduled date due to the speaker’s availability. Again, we will be seated by Advisories with a special seating chart.
The Math Resource Center has had a great start this year! Many of you have taken advantage of our excellent math tutors either during the class day or during study hall on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. Keep up the great effort everyone!
As a reminder, the resource center offers ‘drop-in’ style extra which means you can come without the need to make an appointment. You can stay for 20 mins or an hour depending upon what you need. Please make sure you have your book and your resources because the center does not have those materials. Come armed with books and with questions!
This trimester’s schedule is basically the same as last trimester’s except for a couple of personnel changes (see below).
Just a reminder that we’ll welcome Luma Mufleh at an all-school assembly on Friday, November 30. Ms. Mufleh, the founder of Fugees Family, Inc., will deliver this year’s Sarah Wattles Perry ’77 Lecture.
All Students!
Celebrate your fall afternoon program!
Banquet Night (Friday, Nov. 16, 5:30-7:30pm)
Every student will have dinner with their afternoon program or team. The dining commons are closed on Friday because they are providing all the food for your celebration.
If you are unable to attend, please let your coach or faculty member know. We understand that some will have no assessment on Saturday and may be traveling/already away. Day students please tell your families/carpool.
