Let’s build on the momentum of last Tuesday’s successful game in which males and females of all ability levels, ranging in age from 12 to 58, came out to play Ultimate Frisbee. (We even had a parent join us.)

Teller Chorus, Williston’s mixed (guys and girls) choral ensemble will begin rehearsals tomorrow evening at 6:30 p.m.! This ensemble is open to all students, faculty, and staff across campus, and no previous singing experience is required. We sing a variety of choral literature from all genres including classical, modern, and pop. Rehearsals are every Monday evening from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., and being present at the majority of rehearsals is extremely important due to the fact that we only rehearse once a week.
Even if you are unsure if you want to join, I hope you will consider coming to our first rehearsal tomorrow night. We rehearse in the Chorus Room in Reed Campus Center, room 213. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to email me or ask any of the current Caterwaulers and Widdigers.

The snack bar at the StuBop will be opening later this week, as the dining services are planning some new items to be served and they need time to prepare for the new offerings.
We will be sending more information about this during the week.

The Activities Fair is next Thursday, September 11 from 5:15-7:00 p.m. on the Quad (in the Birch Dining Commons in the event of rain). Students will have the opportunity to sign up for extracurricular activities and clubs. In addition, Director of Student Activities, Matt Spearing, sent an email reminding students that they can start new clubs and organizations by filling out a club application form, which is on the bulletin board in Reed next to the Activities Office.
The library will be open tomorrow, Saturday, from 8:00 – 2:00.
Regular hours will begin Monday at 8:00.

After Friday I will not be able to sell anything for the remainder of the fiscal year due to system updating and archiving.

The Contemporary Art and Culture class will be having their Showcase on Thursday, May 22 (tomorrow). It will start at 5 p.m. and end around 6:30 p.m. Everyone should try to make it out its going to be great. All the art projects and films will be exhibiting in the Dodge Room, including Kai Brown’s Video and Moaki’s/Christina’s trailer and visual projects by Umi and Joy. Mackenzie’s video series, WillyOne, will be shown in the Stu Bop, Reed Campus Center. Please stop by.
