You can Sign Up online by creating a Username and Password and searching for our drive in Zip Code 01027. Sign ups will also take place during meals in the Dining Commons.
There are permission slips for those who are 16 years old. 17 and older do not need parents’ permission. Other requirements can be seen on the Red Cross website or at the sign-up tables in the Dining Commons. Last year we won two college scholarships for participation!!! Come out and save a life. All participants get a free T-shirt and certificate for an appetizer or dessert at Chili’s.

There is an Open Mic on Friday, November 30th. This spoken word and musical affair in Reed starts at 7:30 p.m. and features guest poet Darryl Moss. Moss is the Springfield mayoral aide and founder of the Renaissance Arts Space in Springfield, MA. The open mic is open to everyone.
The Chinese Activity Fair is Sunday night, December 2nd at 5-6:30 p.m. in the Cox Room and Parent Association Room.
There will be food, prizes, Mahjong (a chinese board game) and a lot of other interesting activities in Cox Room. There will be popcorn and a movie showing in the Parent Association Room. Chris Couchon, our chef from the dining hall, will specially prepare a very traditional and precious Chinese recipe—it will be really, really good!
The Chinese students all have prepared for a long time. So everybody should go to dining hall on Sunday and stop by the Cox Room. Have fun and enjoy the party!
