Daily Announcements from Williston Northampton

Spirit Week This Week

Hello, Wildcats!

This upcoming green week (October 20-24) we will be having our first Spirit Week!

So, for Spirit Week, there will be a different theme on every day of the week. Keep in mind that parents will be around next week, and thus, it is important not only that we are in dress code, but that we look presentable. The themes, are:

Monday: Mix-and-Match Day
Tuesday: Young Intellectual Day
Wednesday: Ugly Sweater Day
Thursday: Twin Day
*Friday: Williston Apparel (Dress Code, sweatshirts are allowed, school colors)

Spirit Week is a great opportunity for everyone to build school spirit and pride by being creative, working with each other, and dressing according to the theme of the day.  Please recognize that dress code is still in effect for this week, so please maintain the appropriate spirit and good will that this opportunity affords each of you.

*Friday is Williston wear from the waist up; no athletic attire and no sweatpants.  With many parents and others on campus, dress to impress in your blue and green! Any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask Mr. Koritkoski or Ms. Noble.

Ally Week Video

Hi Williston,
As some of you may know, this week is national Ally Week which is a week where we can engage in a national dialogue about how everyone in and out of school can work to become better allies to LGBT youth.
The pride club is going to be filming a video to spread awareness and show how much Pride Williston has. If anyone is interested in being a part of the video please let me, Molly Wilder or Erin An know.

Thank you!
Pride Club

All My Sons: Rehearsal and Ticket Information

Hello All!

Believe it or not, opening night for All My Sons is right around the corner (Thursday, October 23 to be exact!). This means two things: our cast and crew are about to embark on a very busy week AND it’s time to reserve your tickets!

As usual, we would LOVE to see you all at the play. We are performing Thursday, Oct. 23 through Saturday, Oct. 25. Visit Tixato to reserve your tickets. Also, our final performance is during  Long Weekend. It would be great to have a big turnout that evening so if you’re in town that night come on down to the theater!

2014 Dig Pink

Hello Williston!
This year varsity volleyball is proud to have a new shirt to offer our community to raise funds for cancer research.
They are going to be bright pink, $15 and kinda awesome…

If you’d like one, please email me asap with quantity and size.
We’ll be at our concession stand OPENING NIGHT of the fall play on Oct. 23rd taking Sammy Cards and cash.

We’ll have the shirts there so you can wear them to our Suffield game on Oct. 24th at 5:30!
Also, we’ll be making totally yummy cupcakes, cookies, and our smiling players will be cheerfully awaiting your support.

We’ll have a few shirts at our game for anyone that has family visiting for the weekend, but like last year we know these shirts are going to sell FAST.  Maybe order extra for your family just in case!

See y’all around campus!
