Breakfast
French toast sticks, bacon, hash browns, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Chicken rice or soup du jour, beef dip sandwich with au ju and sautéed onions, onion rings or sweet potato fries, roasted vegetable sandwich, crab cakes, broccoli

Pasta station: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable broth, sautéed vegetables, pasta, marinara or meat sauce

Dinner
Roast ham-sliced to order, au gratin potatoes, fruit sauce, vegetable stuffed tomatoes,  chef’s choice seafood entrée, corn

Pasta station: penne, pesto, alfredo or marinara or sauces, assorted topping and add-ins
Panini station:sliced pastrami or roast beef, Swiss cheese, assorted vegetables, ciabatta bread
