Jingle Bell Jaunt on Dec. 15

Mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Jingle Bell Jaunt on December 15th at 1:30 p.m at Sawyer Field. This event, sponsored by my lovely advisory, will be different this year as it will culminate at The Hills’ house for a visit with Santa!

The Event: Campus kids run (or walk, or skip, or are pushed in a stroller) one lap around Sawyer Field accompanied by the sweet sounds of little jingle bells tied to their little shoes. Very cute! (For evidence of cuteness, see the attached photo, where teeny-tiny Maggie Fay is accompanied in her “jaunt” by Isabelle Cheney…and the entire boys’ hockey team.)

New this year: Kids will continue their jaunt up the hill to The Hills’ for treats and a visit with the Jolly Old Elf himself. There will be a well-marked path for them to follow the whole way.

The Cost: $3/child or $5/family. ALL PROCEEDS go to Easthampton Adopt-a-Family so that a family in our community can have a better Christmas. We have raised over $500 for this cause over the years!

The Prize: Bragging rights for a whole year, sweet jingle bells to wear all season and a gingerbread cookie.

Hope to see you all there! Please let me know if you plan to come so that no one goes without a cookie.

Yours,
Sarah Sawyer, Adrienne Mantegna (and Mantegna’s Awesome Advisory)
