Tuesday Sausage, hash browns, make your own waffle, yogurt bar

Breakfast sandwiches-early assembly


Chicken rice or matzo ball soup, French toast sticks, poached eggs, corned beef  hash, ham, hash browns, vegetable quiche, ass’t bagels-cream cheese

Grill:Scrambles eggs or egg whites

Pasta bar: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, grilled chicken, tofu or vegetables, pasta, marinara or meat sauce

  Pasta station: jumbo cheese ravioli, breaded ravioli, marinara, meat or alfredo sauce  bread sticks

chicken Parmesan, eggplant parmesan, stuffed Portobello mushrooms, Italian blend vegetables

Grill: hot or sweet Italian sausage grinders, sautéed peppers & onions

Monday Menu

Monday Poached eggs, home fries, pancakes yogurt bar

Ass’t eggs @the grill

Vegetable or tomato soup, hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas & baby carrots, macaroni & cheese, baked fish-natural cut

Pasta bar: gnocchi, marinara or alfredo sauce

Panini station with sliced pastrami, corned beef, Swiss cheese and assorted vegetables, ciabatta bread

  Breaded veal cutlet, marinara or mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, green beans, baked sole, spicy chick peas with ginger

Pasta bar: pasta, marinara or meat sauce, ratatouille vegetables

 

Sunday Menu

Sunday French toast sticks, sausage, hash browns, make your own waffles-toppings, vegetable frittata, warm cinnamon rolls

Ass’t eggs & omelets @ the grill

     Chicken breast with sage stuffing, gravy, Mediterranean fish stew,  rice pilaf, Capri blend vegetable, vegetable-tofu  stuffed tomatoes.

Pasta bar: pasta, marinara  sauce, Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, sauteed vegetables

Saturday Menu

Saturday Egg cheese & potato bake skillet bake, monkey bread, bacon, home fries

Ass’t eggs & omelets @ the grill

*if brunch add breakfast pizza and make your own waffle

Breaded or unbreaded chicken fillets, bbq or teriyaki sauces, spicy orange tempeh with vegetables, American chop suey with meat, broccoli & carrots

Pasta bar: chef’s choice pasta, marinara  sauce

 

  Meat loaf, tomato sauce or gravy, mashed potato, cauliflower & carrots, stuffed zucchini, onion rings, crab cakes

Fall Family Weekend Schedules Now Online

We’ve now posted the schedules and registration forms for Fall Family Weekend 2012. Find them at https://www.williston.com/familyweekend

Please note: The schedules are only available online, but you can share, download, or print them by clicking on the document icon.
Among the changes to the schedules this year:
  • No Saturday classes
  • Additional time for faculty/parent conversations
  • Upper School assembly on Friday, all parents are invited.
  • Two athletic events on Friday evening
  • Class lunches in locations around campus

Class Add Deadline: Today

Today is the deadline for adding new classes for the trimester. The only exception to this policy is a move in levels (i.e., Algebra II Honors to Algebra II Standard). Level changes will be permitted for another two weeks, with agreement from the student, teacher, advisor, and parents. The deadline for dropping classes is October 18, which corresponds with deadline for interim Trimester 1 comments.
