Wednesday
Baked eggs au gratin, baked eggs with ham, sausage, chef’s choice stuffed French toast, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill, Fruit smoothies

Lunch
French onion soup or cream of mushroom soup, grilled kielbasa, sauerkraut-peppers and onions, potato pierogi,  baked fish, spicy chick peas with ginger, roasted brussel sprouts, turkey, ham and swiss on ciabatta bread, hummus wraps
Pasta station:gemelle, marinara, alfredo sauce, broccoli

Dinner
Baked chicken quarters, rice pilaf, salmon fillet/burger, vegetarian stuffed peppers, brussel sprouts
Pasta station: Bow tie pasta, marinara or pesto sauce
Grill: Pork or tofu stir fry

Thursday
Breakfast
Poached eggs, corned beef hash, home fries,breakfast wraps with ham, egg and cheese, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Cream of broccoli soup or sour du jour, creamy swiss chard and pasta cauliflower,  fillet of sole with home made seafood stuffing , ham and onion or spinach tomato and mushroom quiche
Grill: chicken Caesar salad
Pasta station: Pasta, gnocchi with roasted vegetables,  marinara sauce

Dinner
Fried shrimp, baked fish, steak fries, Mediterranean couscous, zucchini and summer squash
Grill: Chicken or beef sliders
Pasta station: Pasta, marinara sauce, cheese stuffed shells

Friday
Breakfast
Pancakes with plain or blueberry, ham,  hard boiled eggs, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Minestrone soup or soup du jour, egg noodles, turkey stew, broccoli-tomato and pasta bake, fresh vegetables
Pasta station: Gemelle, marinara or herb sauce
Pizza station: Cheese and chef’s choice pizza

Dinner
Pasta bar: cheese tortellini, meat ravioli, marinara, meat or pesto sauce
Seafood entrée, boneless chicken wings, vegetarian entree, tater tots, mixed vegetable

Saturday
Breakfast
Egg cheese and potato bake skillet bake, monkey bread, bacon, home fries
assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Breaded or unbreaded chicken fillets, BBQ or teriyaki sauces, spicy orange tempeh with vegetables, American chop suey with meat, broccoli and carrots
Pasta bar: chef’s choice pasta, marinara  sauce

Dinner
Country fried steak, tomato sauce or gravy, mashed potato, corn with black eye peas, vegetarian entrée, onion rings, homemade crab cakes
