Pancakes, peach cobbler, sausage, home fries, make your own waffle-toppings, yogurt bar, and assorted eggs and omelets at the grill.

Dinner
Pork chops, seafood cakes, vegetarian tofu and mushroom casserole, mashed potatoes, corn bread stuffing, fresh vegetables
Pasta station: Pasta, marinara sauce, herb sauce, cheese stuffed shells

Monday
Breakfast
Poached eggs, corned beef hash, monkey bread, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Cream of Broccoli or minestrone soup, breaded or unbreaded chicken fillet, bbq or teriyaki sauce, Italian style chicken fillet with pesto, macaroni and cheese, vegetarian barley pilaf, cauliflower
Pasta bar: Pasta, marinara or pesto sauce, sweet Italian sausage, sautéed onions and peppers

Dinner
Chopped beef steak, gravy or marinara sauce, wild rice, roasted potatoes, tofu parmesan, baked stuffed sole, mixed vegetable, rolls
Grill: Tuna melts
Pasta station: Cheese tortellini, marinara or herb sauce, roasted vegetables

Tuesday
Breakfast
Breakfast sandwiches with or w/o meat, hash browns, yogurt bar, fried dough, make your own waffle

Lunch
Potato cheddar or calde verde soup, Pizza station: cheese pizza, supreme pizza
vegetarian stuffed grilled portobella mushrooms, chicken and chourico sausage jambalaya, Capri blend vegetables, Cajun style tilapia, dirty rice
Pasta bar: Meat ravioli, marinara or alfredo sauce, broccoli

Wednesday

French toast sticks, bacon, hash browns, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs  at the grill

Lunch
Chicken rice or soup du jour, beef dip sandwich with au ju and sautéed onions, onion rings or sweet potato fries, roasted vegetable sandwich, crab cakes, broccoli
Pasta station: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable broth, sautéed vegetables, pasta, marinara or meat sauce

Dinner
Roast ham-sliced to order, au gratin potatoes, fruit sauce, vegetable stuffed tomatoes, Chef’s choice seafood entrée, corn
Pasta station: penne,  pesto, alfredo or marinara or sauces, assorted topping and add-ins
Panini station:sliced pastrami or roast beef, swiss cheese, assorted vegetables, ciabatta bread

Thursday

Fruit filled turn overs or fruit breakfast skillet egg bake, home fries, ham, yogurt bar
assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Vegetable or soup du jour, meatball grinders, hot and sweet Italian sausage grinders, vegetable balls, sautéed peppers and onions, vegetarian entrée, fresh vegetables
Pasta station: gemelle, marinara sauce,  bread sticks
