Potato cheddar or calde verde soup, Pizza station: cheese pizza, supreme pizza, vegetarian stuffed grilled portobella mushrooms, chicken and chourico sausage jambalaya, Capri blend vegetables, Cajun style tilapia, dirty rice
Pasta bar: Meat ravioli, marinara or alfredo sauce, broccoli
Dinner
Chicken stir fry, fried rice, edamme stir fry, vegetable spring rolls, spicy orange ginger or sweet and sour sauce, Asian style vegetables
Grill: Crepes with assorted fillings
Pasta bar: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, tofu or vegetables, pasta, marinara sauce

Wednesday

French toast sticks, bacon, hash browns, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs  at the grill

Chicken rice or soup du jour, beef dip sandwich with au ju and sauteed onions, onion rings or sweet potato fries, roasted vegetable sandwich, crab cakes, broccoli
Pasta station: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable broth, sauteed vegetables, pasta, marinara or meat sauce

Dinner
Roast ham-sliced to order, au gratin potatoes, fruit sauce, vegetable stuffed tomatoes, Chef’s choice seafood entrée, corn
Pasta station:  Penne, pesto, alfredo or marinara or sauces, assorted topping and add-ins
Panini station: Sliced pastrami or roast beef, swiss cheese, assorted vegetables, ciabatta bread

Thursday
Breakfast
Fruit-filled turnovers or fruit breakfast skillet egg bake, home fries, ham, yogurt bar, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Vegetable or soup du jour, meatball grinders, hot and sweet Italian sausage grinders, vegetable balls, sautéed peppers and onions, vegetarian entrée, fresh vegetables
Pasta station: gemelle, marinara sauce,  bread sticks

Dinner
London Broil, baked potato, popcorn shrimp and clam strips, roasted vegetables with penne, zucchini and summer squash
Pasta station: Chef’s choice pasta, marinara or pesto sauce, roasted vegetables

Friday
Pancakes, sausage, home fries, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
French onion or soup du jour, turkey ala king, baked fish natural cut, blackend tofu, mixed vegetable
Pasta station: Cheese-stuffed shells, marinara or alfredo sauce, broccoli
Panini station: Grilled chicken, assorted vegetables and fillings for ciabatta bread
Pizza station: Cheese or chef’s choice

Honey-stung chicken, rice-a-roni, cauliflower, scrod, vegetarian entrée
Grill: Open-faced sandwich with pastrami and Swiss on pretzel roll
