Sunday Menu: Feb. 24

Brunch
French toast sticks, sausage, hash browns, make-your-own waffles-toppings, vegetable frittata, warm cinnamon rolls, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Dinner
Chicken breast with broccoli and cheese, gravy, Mediterranean fish stew,  rice pilaf, Capri blend vegetable, vegetable-tofu  stuffed tomatoes.

Pasta bar: pasta, marinara  sauce, Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, sautéed vegetables

Saturday Menu: Feb. 23

Breakfast
Egg cheese and potato bake skillet bake, monkey bread, bacon, home fries
assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Breaded or unbreaded chicken fillets, bbq or teriyaki sauces, spicy orange tempeh with vegetables, American chop suey with meat, broccoli and carrots

Pasta bar: chef’s choice pasta, marinara  sauce

Dinner
Country fried steak, tomato sauce or gravy, mashed potato, cauliflower and carrots, stuffed zucchini, onion rings, crab cakes

Minestrone soup or soup du jour, egg noodles, turkey stew, broccoli, tomato and pasta bake, fresh vegetables

Pasta station: gemelle, marinara or herb sauce
Pizza station: cheese and chef’s choice pizza

Dinner
Seafood bake, chicken wings, vegetarian entree, tater tots, mixed vegetable
Pasta bar: cheese tortellini, meat ravioli, marinara, meat or pesto sauce

Thursday Menu: Feb. 21

Poached eggs, corned beef hash, home fries,breakfast wraps with ham, egg and cheese, yogurt bar,  assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Cream of broccoli soup or sour du jour, creamy swiss chard and pasta cauliflower,  fillet of sole with home made seafood stuffing , ham and onion or spinach tomato and mushroom quiche

Grill: chicken Caesar salad
Pasta station:  pasta, gnocchi, marinara sauce

Dinner
Fried shrimp, baked fish, roasted potato, Mediterranean couscous, zucchini and summer squash

Grill: chicken or beef sliders
Pasta station: pasta, marinara sauce, vegetable lo-mein, beef  or vegetarian broth, sautéed vegetables, Asian rice

Baked eggs au gratin, baked eggs with ham, sausage, chef’s choice stuffed French toast, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill, Fruit smoothies

Vegetable soup or soup du jour, fried clam strips, sloppy joe’s-rolls, spicy chick peas with ginger, green beans, hot dog station

London broil, baked haddock, glazed carrots, quinoa with roasted vegetables, rice/orzo bake, green bean casserole

Panini station: grilled chicken, assorted vegetables, ciabatta bread
