Today’s Drill

Greetings Williston—

I wanted to thank everyone for the successful emergency drill that took place this morning. The Easthampton chiefs of Police and the Fire Department, as well as another officer who manages these tests all over New England, complimented Williston on the way we took the drill seriously and handled our procedures.

All schools, but especially boarding schools, have a heightened need to ensure that the best safety measures are in place for students, and since this was the first such drill at Williston, we learned a number of things we can do even better.

So thanks to all students, staff, and faculty for the great work everyone did this morning, and good luck with games tomorrow!

Hail to Williston Northampton,

Robert W. Hill, III
Head of School
