This field trip is optional for students who are enrolled in Chinese II.  After learning the chapter regarding the Chinese cuisine, six Chinese II students will go to Oriental Chinese Restaurant in Amherst to apply the language they have learned and to sample the traditional Chinese food. The trip is being supervised by Hua Jones.
