Breakfast
Poached eggs, sausage,  pancakes, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Corn chowder or soup du jour, hamburger, hot dog and garden burger, seafood scampi, vegetarian entree, vegetable, fries and sweet potato fries

Pasta station: marinara sauce, grilled chicken, broccoli

Dinner
Baked lemon-garlic breast of chicken, scalloped potato, pork spare ribs, vegetarian entrée, fresh vegetable

Pasta station: pasta, spaghetti, marinara sauce
