Pasta bar: pasta, marinara or pesto sauce, sweet Italian sausage, sautéed onions & peppers

Dinner
Meatloaf, gravy or marinara sauce, rice pilaf, roasted potatoes, tofu parmesan, baked stuffed sole, mixed vegetable, rolls

Grill: tuna melts

Pasta station: cheese tortellini, marinara or herb sauce, roasted vegetables
