Breakfast sandwiches with or without meat, hash browns, yogurt bar, fried dough, make-your-own waffle

Lunch
Potato cheddar or calde verde soup, vegetarian stuffed grilled portobella mushrooms, chicken and chourico sausage jambalaya, Capri blend vegetables, Cajun style tilapia, dirty rice

Pizza station: cheese pizza, supreme pizza
Pasta bar: meat ravioli, marinara or alfredo sauce, broccoli

Dinner
Chicken stir fry, fried rice, edamme stir fry, vegetable spring rolls, spicy orange ginger or sweet and sour sauce, Asian style vegetables

Grill: crepes with assorted fillings
Pasta bar: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, tofu or vegetables, pasta, marinara sauce
