Wondrous Tales of Old Japan on Feb. 18-23

Wondrous Tales of Old Japan, by David Furumoto, consists of four Japanese folktales told in the theatrically magical style of Kabuki! Gorgeous costumes and makeup combined with onstage practical effects bring these stories to life.  See a boy born from a peach and grow to save his family from the ogres.  Go with us as we take a journey under the sea with a fisherman and a turtle!  Be amazed by the transformation of Yuki Onna, the snow woman and smile as you witness the blossoming of the cherry trees on stage! Our characters spring to life in front of your eyes and will be walking so close that you could reach out and touch them.  Come spend an afternoon with with our actors as they show you The Wondrous Tales of Old Japan!
