Cookie Baking Contest for Breast Cancer Research
This Friday night, the girls soccer team will be hosting a cookie baking contest (thank you, Sarah Sawyer!) to help raise money for Breast Cancer Research. We will be sporting our pink jersey’s for our 5:30 game against Suffield. Participants will pay an entry fee of $7.50 to try all of the cookies. Once they have stuffed their faces, they will vote for their favorite cookie. The baker with the most votes, will win a customized Pink on the Pitch Cookie Baking Contest Champion long-sleeve shirt and a $20 tandem gift card. Participants who vote will also be eligible to win a gift card.
Bakers will showcase their cookies name and have anywhere between 3-4 dozen cookies (The only rule is that the cookies cannot contain nuts). The contest will be taking place before and during our game.
It’s going to be a great night!

Help Security Keep the Loop Vehicle Free
A friendly reminder from the Security Office that there is no parking on the main campus loop road (per the Employee and Student Handbook). Please keep in mind the following information:
1. For several reasons, including safety, we would like to keep the main campus loop road clear of parked vehicles. The only exceptions to parking on the main campus loop road are parents dropping off/picking up students, Admission guests, short-term service vehicles (per the Physical Plant), food deliveries and major events.
2. ALL employees and students must have a valid, visible parking sticker on their vehicle(s). Staff may register their vehicles with Barbara Shepard, the Physical Plant Administrative Assistant. Students must register their vehicle(s) with the Dean’s Office. If there have been any changes to your vehicle(s) you must let the issuing party know of the changes.
3. Please be mindful of parking near fire hydrants on campus, two of which are on the main campus loop road. Massachusetts law states that vehicles shall not be parked within 10 feet of a fire hydrant.
Sidewalk Maitenance on Oct. 20
Good morning,
I want to make all of you aware that I’ll have a contractor on campus today, Oct. 20, who will be working to eliminate the trip hazards that we have on some of the sidewalks.
The general locations will be the front of RCC, the Athletic Center, Payson Ave, and a few areas on Main St.
The work should not be that disruptive, but the areas they are actively working in should be avoided.
Once again, thank you for your cooperation.
Have a great day.

Ally Week Video
Hi Williston,
As some of you may know, this week is national Ally Week which is a week where we can engage in a national dialogue about how everyone in and out of school can work to become better allies to LGBT youth.
The pride club is going to be filming a video to spread awareness and show how much Pride Williston has. If anyone is interested in being a part of the video please let me, Molly Wilder or Erin An know.
Thank you!
Pride Club
