Lunch
Vegetable and barley soup and soup du jour, breaded or unbreaded chicken fillets with BBQ or honey mustard sauce, white bean stew, tuna noodle casserole, Italian blend vegetable

Pasta station: pasta with marinara sauce, spinach lasagna rolette

Dinner
Roast loin of pork with orange honey glaze, fried rice, steamed white rice, vegetable spring rolls, teriyaki or sweet & sour sauce, tofu stir fry, Asian-style vegetables, chicken pot stickers

Pizza station: cheese and chef’s choice pizza
