Assorted deli meats with turkey, ham and roast beef and cheeses (American, Swiss and provolone), seafood and/or egg salad, vegetable quiche, chicken rice soup, clam chowder
Pasta station: marinara sauce or sautéed vegetables

Dinner
Black bean, cheese and salsa quesadillas, vegetarian beans and rice, Chicken quesadillas-flour tortillas, nachos and cheese, mixed vegetables, tacos, refried beans, taco shells, flour tortillas
Pasta station: marinara sauce
