Thursday Menu: April 11

Breakfast
Poached eggs, corned beef hash, home fries,breakfast wraps with ham, egg and cheese, rice, yogurt bar, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Cream of broccoli soup or sour du jour, creamy Swiss chard and pasta cauliflower,  fillet of sole with home made seafood stuffing , ham and onion or spinach tomato and mushroom quiche

Grill: chicken Caesar salad
Pasta station:  pasta, gnocchi with roasted vegetables,  marinara sauce

Dinner
Fried shrimp, baked fish, roasted potato, Mediterranean couscous, zucchini and summer squash

Grill: chicken or beef sliders
Pasta station: pasta, marinara sauce, cheese stuffed shells

  • Open Reed 7:15-10:45pm w/ Red Sox vs. Rays showing on the Big Screen
  • Shuttle to Northampton 7:15-10:45pm
  • Choice of Grub: The Hangar in Amherst, Bub’s BBQ in Sunderland, or Theodore’s in Springfield 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Saturday April 13            

  • PRIDE Colors Dance in Reed 7:30-10:30pm
  • Open Gym 7:15-10:45 pm
  • Shuttle to Northampton 7:15-10:45pm    

Sunday April 14

  • Open Gym 1-5 p.m.
  • Open Reed w/ movie and popcorn “The Avengers” 1:15-5:15pm
  • Zip Lining, http://www.deerfieldzipline.com/ Leaving at 12:15 p.m. Only a few spaces available!
  • Games on the Quad, ladder ball, Frisbee, nerf, kan jams, whiffle ball etc. 1-5 p.m.
  • Holyoke Mall 1-5 p.m.

Sunday, April 28  Homeless shelter clean up in Northampton, 9:30 a.m.  Munchkins and cleaning supplies provided.  Come give back.

Baked eggs au gratin, baked eggs with ham, sausage, chef’s choice stuffed French toast, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill, fruit smoothies

Lunch
French onion soup or cream of mushroom soup, grilled kielbasa, sauerkraut-peppers and onions, potato pierogi,  baked fish,  noodles kugel, Italian blend vegetables

Pasta station:gemelle, marinara, alfredo sauce, broccoli

Dinner
Baked chicken quarters, rice pilaf, salmon fillet/burger, vegetarian stuffed peppers, broccoli

Pasta station: bow tie pasta, marinara or pesto sauce
Grill: pork or tofu stir fry

Tuesday Menu: April 9

Breakfast
Breakfast sandwiches with and without meat, hash browns, yogurt bar, rice, make your own waffle

Lunch
Clam chowder or miso soup, steamed rice, chicken stir fry, vegetarian tofu stir fry, corn,

Grill: Shaved steak, sautéed peppers and onions, cheese or BBQ sauce
Pasta station: Asian and rice noodles, veg or chicken broth, tofu and vegetables, pasta, marinara or meat sauce

Dinner
London broil, baked haddock, glazed carrots, quinoa with roasted vegetables, wild rice pilaf, fresh vegetable

Grill: baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese, meat chili pasta bar-marinara  or meat sauce, roasted vegetables
Panini station: grilled chicken, assorted vegetables, ciabatta bread
