Betty Jean (Huber) Billings, 90, of Glastonbury passed away peacefully on Friday (October 5).

She was born in Haverstraw, NY on March 31, 1922, daughter of the late Jean (Gurnee) and Joseph Huber. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Roswell. Betty was a graduate of Skidmore College. Continue reading →
