Birch Dining Commons Menu: Sept. 22-28

Sunday
Brunch
French toast sticks, sausage, hash browns, make your own waffles with toppings, vegetable frittata, warm cinnamon rolls, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Dinner
Assorted deli meats and cheeses—turkey, roast beef, tuna, hummus, provolone and Swiss—rolls, assorted  soups, pasta bar with manicotti

Monday
Breakfast
Poached eggs, home fries, corned beef hash, yogurt bar, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Vegetable or tomato soup, hot turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas and baby carrots, macaroni and cheese, fish nuggets
Pasta bar: gnocchi, marinara or alfredo sauce
Panini station: Sliced pastrami, corned beef, Swiss cheese and assorted  vegetables, ciabatta bread

Dinner
Breaded veal cutlet, marinara or mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, green beans, baked sole, roasted honey chick peas
Pasta bar: pasta, marinara or meat sauce, ratatouille vegetables

Assorted blintz, poached eggs, corned beef hash, hash browns, peach cobbler, quiche, make your own waffles, yogurt bar, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Dinner
Chicken breast with broccoli and cheese, gravy, Mediterranean fish stew, rice pilaf, Capri blend vegetable, vegetable-tofu  stuffed tomatoes.

Pasta bar: pasta, marinara  sauce, Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, sautéed vegetables

Pancakes, blueberry with pear cobbler, bacon, hash browns, make your own waffles with toppings, yogurt, assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Dinner
Beef pot pie,  chicken tenders with barbecue or teriyaki sauce, tater tots, mixed squash, corn dogs

Pasta bar: pasta, marinara sauce, pesto sauce and roasted vegetables

Monday
Breakfast
Poached eggs, corned beef hash, home fries, yogurt bar
Grill: Assorted eggs

Lunch
Vegetarian split pea or mulligatawny soup, barbecue pork fillet, vegetarian blackend tofu, Capri blend vegetables

Pasta bar:  meat ravioli, cheese tortellini, tomato or herb sauce
Create your own Panini with roast beef and assorted vegetables, grilled chicken, and ciabatta bread

Dinner
Beef Sirloin Tips with mushroom sauce, egg noodles, shrimp orleans, grilled tofu, green beans, onion rings

Pasta bar:gnocchi, marinara sauce,  alfredo sauce and broccoli
Bagel bar with assorted cream cheese

Pancakes, warm apple crisp, home fries, ham,  vegetable and cheese frittata, make your own waffles-toppings, assorted omelets and eggs at grill, blueberry muffins, coffee cake

Dinner
Italian style chicken, cheese tortellini, Spaghetti, tomato sauce, alfredo sauce, meatballs, nonmeat/veggie balls, catalina island blend vegetables, create your own Panini-ass’t deli meats, ass’t  vegetables, feta cheese and ciabatta bread

Dining Hall Hours

The meal times for the next couple of weeks will be as follows:

Thursday, May 30th:
Lunch – 11:15 – 1:00

Dinner – 5:15 –  6:30

Friday, May 31st:
Breakfast – 7:15 – 8:15
Lunch – 11:30 – 12:30
(Middle School Closing Ceremony Lunch 12:15 – 1:30 under tent)
The dining hall will close after lunch on Friday and reopen with lunch on Monday.

Monday, June 3rd:
Lunch – 11:30 – 1:00
Dinner – 5:15 – 6:30

Tuesday, June 4th:
Lunch – 11:30 – 1:00
Dinner – End of Year Dinner under the tent 6:00 – 8:30

Wednesday, June 5th:
Lunch – 11:30 – 1:00

The dining hall will close after lunch on Wednesday and reopen with lunch from 11:30 – 1:00 on Friday, June 7th.  The dining hall will be closing after Sunday Brunch on Reunion Weekend.  Details about Summer Programs and dining during the summer will be sent out at a later date.

Saturday Menu: May 25

Breakfast
Egg vegetable and cheese bake, baked blueberry french toast, sausage, home fries, yogurt, assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Tomato soup, Grilled cheese with w/o tomato, chicken vegetable and pasta sauté, tempeh vegetable and pasta sauté, zucchini and summer squash

Pasta station: chef’s choice pasta, marinara  sauce

Baccalaureate Dinner

Friday Menu: May 24

Breakfast
Poached eggs, baked apple pancake, bacon, yogurt bar, make-your-own waffle
assorted eggs and omelets at the grill

Lunch
Beef barley or soup du jour, vegetarian black beans and rice, mexican corn muffins, beef fajitas, tempeh fajitas-flour tortillia, nachos, cheese sauce, salsa

Grill:tacos, refried beans-taco shell, flour tortillia
Pasta station: cheese tortellini, marinara or pesto sauce

Dinner
Grilled hot dogs, meat chili, steamed rice, tofu/smart dogs, fried clam strips, cauliflower and carrots

Pasta station: pasta, marinara sauce, bread sticks
Pizza station: cheese and chef’s choice

Thursday Menu: May 23

Breakfast
French toast, ham, home fries, breakfast wraps, yogurt bar
assorted eggs at the grill

Lunch
Corn chowder or soup du jour, chicken wing or drummers, orzo with sautéed vegetables,  Prince Edward Isle blend vegetables
Grill: BBQ beef brisket, sautéed peppers and onion-cole slaw
Pasta station: gemelle, marinara or meat sauce, seafood scampi

Dinner
Stuffed pork loin, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli, lemon pepper tilapia, white bean stew, dinner rolls

Pasta bar: sautéed vegetables, pasta, marinara sauce
Burgers at the grill

Wednesday Menu: May 22

Breakfast
Fried dough, home fries, banana or apple fritters, yogurt bar, make-your-own waffle
assorted eggs and omelets at the grill, Fruit smoothies

Lunch
Vegetarian split pea or soup du jour, cheese calzones, Italian style Stromboli with salami, pepperoni and ham, polenta, fish nuggets, chicken stir fry, vegetable lo-mein, mixed vegetables

Pasta station: pasta, marinara or herb sauce, broccoli

Willy Gras: Picnic fare at dinner.

Tuesday Menu: May 21

Breakfast
Sausage, hash browns, make-your-own waffle, yogurt bar
Breakfast sandwiches

Lunch
Chicken rice or matzo ball soup, French toast sticks, poached eggs, baked ham, O’Brian/rosemary roasted potatoes, vegetable quiche, assorted bagels-cream cheese

Grill:Scrambles eggs or egg whites
Pasta bar: Asian or rice noodles, vegetable or chicken broth, grilled chicken, sticky rice, pasta, marinara or meat sauce

Spring Banquet Night: no dinner in the Dining Hall.
