We just found out that Steven Wang (’20) scored a 28 out of 42 on the USA Math Olympiad, a 9-hour, 2-day, 6-question competition. This means he got 4 questions correct and placed in the top 40 of the ~350 competitors! He will be joining ~60 students at the Math Olympiad Program this summer at CMU. From that program 6 students will be chosen to represent the US at the International Math Olympiad, which the US has won 3 of the last 4 years!

Last week 21 middle schoolers sat for the Algebra 1 round of the New England Math League!
